If you're reading this, you've found my corner of the internet. Thanks for stopping by.

I'm Josh. I’m a software engineer based in Melbourne. I've spent the better part of a decade building systems, leading teams, and learning (often the hard way) what it takes to ship software that actually works.

I've been meaning to start writing for a while now. Not because the world needs another tech blog, but because I've found that many of the challenges I’ve faced, are not mine alone. So the hope if that maybe something I put together will be useful for someone else.

So what will I write about? Anything really. Given what I do for a living, there will be a decent amount of software engineering, the craft, the tools, the trade-offs. But every now and again you might see some tech reviews, electronics projects, and my sometimes successful attempts to build physical things.

No promises on a schedule. No promises on polish. Just honest thoughts on whatever is occupying space in my brain at the time.

If that sounds interesting, stick around. If not, no hard feelings.

Let's see where this goes.
